The Loomis Grange Hall was built back in the WWII days by area farmers and served as
a focal gathering place for the small farming community.  This is where After Hours
Choppers GABE and his Family put on one of the very best gatherings I have ever
attended.  The party was a step back in time to a day when life was simple and free.

People rode in on their garage built motorcycles from Nevada, Southern California, Bay
Area, and Northern California for this social event and camp out!  Panheads,
Knuckleheads, Evo's, Trumpets, Ironheads, Honda's, Yamahas, and of course, Travis on
his 1917 Harley!

All who attended were provided with excellent meals throughout each day, full access non
stop free flowing booze, and raffle prizes,!  The menu of home cooked and BBQ Smoke
was outstanding.  Applewood smoked Tri-Tips, Sausage, Biscuts, Beans, Veggies,
Sourdough, Scrambled Eggs, sauted/grilled onions and jalepenos, tortillas, coffee, juice,
and much more!

We had four kegs of brew, an open liquor bar with some fine Takillyah's, a great selection
of background vintage country and blues music, perfect weather, a great Gold Country
motorcycle ride, and an opportunity to make new friends and have some great laughs.

This was not a commercial event and there was no vendors or shit for sale, other than the
Philo t-shirts.
Forget all the commercialized BS that would cheapen the gathering .  This
party was all about the people and the common bond we all share.  How perfect!!  A party
with a few dozen people who ALL ate and drank together and had a merry time.

For those who missed this gathering, I must say, t
hat was your error!  But there is always
next year.  Hopefully THE PHILO turn
s into an Annual!  Gabe throws one Hell of a down
home Family reunion.  No bullshit!

I want to thank everyone who attended and the sponsors for making this such a super
weekend.  And of course, Gabe and Lois and Clan for all the hard work to bring us this
event.

Well, I always feel down when these party's end and people ride away!  So Happy Trails
until we meet again!
The Bitch fight was a crack up!  Who would have thought anyone could get
knocked out with Bozo the Clown squeeky inflatable gloves??  Lois straight got
her ass kicked by Jen!!
My pals Murray and Phil.  I only get to visit with Murray and Kellie once a year
and we always have such a great time.  The finest folks!
